UBTECH Robotics
China

Established in March 2012, UBTECH ROBOTICS CORP LTD is a leading humanoid robots and smart service robots company. On 29 December, 2023, we were listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 9880.HK), and have become the first humanoid robot company listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Dedicated to the mission of 'bringing intelligent robots into every family, and making everyday life more convenient and intelligent', we have developed a full stack of humanoid robotic technologies independently. Building on our full-stack technologies, UBTECH has engaged in the research and development, design, smart production, and commercialization of smart service robots, and has developed smart robotic solutions that integrate with hardware, software, service and contents. These solutions span various industries such as AI education, smart logistics, smart elderly care, business and consumer service. UBTECH is among the few global leaders in full-stack humanoid robotics technologies. Our full-stack technologies are a holistic combination of industry-leading robotic technologies (robotic motion planning and control technology, and high performance servo actuators), our AI technologies (human-like brain function and cerebellum function), integrated robotic and AI technologies (SLAM and autonomous technology, visual servo operation and human-robot interaction), and Robot Operating System Application Framework (ROSA 2.0), our proprietary robotics application framework. We are also one of few companies in the world to accomplish mass production of small torque to large torque servo actuators. Our self-developed Walker is the first commercialized biped life-sized humanoid robot in China. By June 2025, we hold more than 2790 robotic and AI-related patents, with nearly 58% being invention patents, making us the global leader in effective humanoid robot patents. By continuously developing core technologies of humanoid robots, we have pioneered the deployment of humanoid robots globally, focusing on three scenarios, which are industrial manufacturing, commercial services, and household companionship. By now, UBTECH is the only humanoid robot company to announce partnerships with multiple vehicle companies in the world, and our industrial humanoid robot Walker S series have entered most of the production line of vehicle companies to complete different tasks. On November 2025, we began the mass production and delivery of Walker S2. We believe that the future of human lies in human-robot co-existence. With an unwavering commitment to innovations and technology, we envisage to bring UBTECH robots to every home and industry, marching towards a society where human and robots co-exist. Mission To bring intelligent robots into millions of households, making human lifestyles more convenient, intelligent, and human-centric. Vision With intelligent robots as the carrier and artificial intelligence technology as the core, to build a smart service operation ecosystem integrating "hardware + software + service + operation." Values Outstanding innovation, proactive perseverance, Win-win cooperation, straightforward and direct.
